Exchange Policy
At Bambimici we want every outfit to be right. We offer exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery, in these cases:
- Wrong size – the size does not fit or is not the size you ordered
- Wrong item – you received a different product than the one you ordered
- Different colour – the colour is different from the one you ordered
Conditions
- The tag must be attached and unopened. If the tag has been removed or opened, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
- The exchange must be requested within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds. Items that meet the conditions above are exchanged for the correct size, colour or item.
How to request an exchange
- Contact us with your order number and the item you want to exchange: email sales@bambimici.com
- We confirm the exchange and arrange the pickup.
- Once we receive and check the item, we send you the new size or item.
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
