We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at sales@bambimici.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items, personalized items, or gift cards.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding the original shipping fees (if applicable).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one following our return process. This helps ensure you receive the correct item quickly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@bambimici.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as non-refundable at checkout

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:
